Well established Wilderness Fishing Lodge includes a turn-key business, w/ large dock/marina, the only dock on the island, This lodge can accommodate 56 guest per day, has extensive fleet newer fish boats w/ mostly local native boat captain’s. Dock/Marina A staging dock and fish processing building on 2 steel barges constructed in 2004 and 2006. Included is a Floating shore ramp (8’X160’ or 1280 sf) a main access float (140’X10’ or 1400 sf), 3 each finger floats (8’X480’ or 3840 sf) and a airplane float (12’X24’ or 288 sf) Total dock area is 7,908 sq. ft. This is the only dock on Killisnoo Island. No Real Estate Tax
